Peggy first envisioned this firm not just as a place for numbers and forms, but as a cornerstone of support for our local community. What began as a small endeavor driven by family values and a passion for helping neighbors has grown over the years, fueled by the relationships we've cultivated and the peace of mind we've provided. Meet The Team

PEGGY NOLAN-PREM
Owner & Founder

With over 30 years of experience in the tax and accounting field, Peggy Nolan-Prem brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to MS Tax & Accounting, LLC. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the College of St. Francis and a Master's in Taxation from the Washington School of Law.

Peggy became an Enrolled Agent with the IRS in 1991, a prestigious credential signifying expertise in tax representation. She founded MS Tax & Accounting, LLC in June 1998, and the firm is now proudly celebrating 27 years of providing exceptional service to clients throughout the River Valley area and beyond.

Peggy specializes in tax planning and preparation for small businesses and farmers. She is passionate about helping clients understand their complex financial situations and make informed decisions to achieve their financial goals.

In her free time, Peggy enjoys spending her summers out on the water with friends and family at her cabin, as well as reading, writing, and travelling.

MEGAN MEYERS
Office Manager &
Tax Accountant

Megan Meyers brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to MS Tax & Accounting, LLC. She holds a BFA in Commercial Dance from Hussian College Los Angeles and a Certificate of Comprehensive Tax from Surgent Income Tax School (2022).

Having grown up watching her mother, Peggy, build MS Tax & Accounting, LLC into the thriving business it is today, Megan is thrilled to contribute to the firm’s ongoing success. Her background in customer service, branding & marketing, data entry, payroll processing, and individual tax preparation provides valuable insights and skills.

Megan is passionate about providing excellent client service and helping individuals navigate the often-stressful tax season. In her free time, she enjoys soaking up the California sunshine, dancing, and spending quality time with her husband and French Bulldog.

EMILY SCHLUTER
Accountant & Tax Preparer

Emily Schluter joins MS Tax & Accounting, LLC with a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for helping clients navigate their financial journeys. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is currently studying to become an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.

With experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and individual tax preparation, Emily brings valuable skills and a fresh perspective to the team. She is excited to join Peggy and Megan in continuing the firm’s tradition of providing excellent service to clients throughout the River Valley area.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys coaching swim team, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
